Polyurethane
Polyurethane granules -suitable with granules for perfect floorings!
Primer
- PC 11-010 : One-component PUR primer for asphalt, concrete and retopping.
- PC 11-020 : Two-component solvent-free PUR primer for concrete in the indoor area (concrete protection).
- PC 11-028: A 2-component, solvent-free, Epoxy. This product is suitable for application to wood and concrete as well as a number of other substrates prior to the application of pre-fabricated rubber mat.
Binder
- PC 31-050 : The one-component, solvent-free, low-viscosity, and MDI/TDI-based PUR binder binds the granules during the production of elastic granular coverings.
- PC 31-020 : The one-component, solvent-free, medium-viscosity, and MDI-based PUR binder binds the granules during the installation of playground areas.
- PC 31-010 : The one-component, solvent-free, MDI-based PUR bin-der binds the granules during the installation of elastic EPDM top layers and elastic granules coverings.
- PC 31-030: A one component, solvent free polyurethane binder with minimal colour fading. PC 31-030 is designed for the production of elastic fall protection surfaces.
Coating & Spray Coating
- PC 51-040 : The two-component PUR coating is processed in connection with granules to form a sports flooring impermeable to water. Available colours: Green, Red, Blue - other colours on request. May also be used as a pore sealer in combination with EPDM powder 0.0 - 0.5 mm.
- PC 51-010A two-component, solvent-free, polyurethane-based coating for indoor gym floors.
- PC 51-020: A 2-component, solvent-free, polyurethane which is suitable for application to Concrete as well as rubber mat and situ applied rubber surfaces in order to smooth and level the surface as well as prevent any cracking and opening of seams and joints.
Sealing
- PC 61-010 : The two-component sealing for polyurethane areas can be used for a great variety of surface types. Available colours: Green, Red, Blue - other colours on request. (mixing ratio A:B = 4:1 by weight)
Line paint
- PC 71-020 : Two-component solvent-based line paint colour for indoor and outdoor sports systems. Available colours: Blue, Yellow, Black, White - other colours on request. (mixing ratio A:B = 5:1 by weight)
- PC 71-030: A pigmented, 2-component, water based polyurethane coating designed for application to Polyurethane sports floor surfaces.
Adhesive
- PC 21-020 : Two-component adhesive for rubber mats in indoor surfacing systems
- PC 21-010 : One-component PUR turf adhesive for artificial turfs.
- PC 21-030 : Two-component PUR turf adhesive for artificial turfs.
- PC 21-025: A 2-component, solvent-free, polyurethane. This product is suitable for application to Asphalt, Rubber, Wood and Concrete as well as a number of other substrates prior to the application of pre-fabricated rubber mat.
Other Polyurethane
• PC 31-300: A UV and colour-stable, transpartent, low emission, one-component PU binder for quartz coloured mortar, developed especially for the production of stone carpets both indoors and outdoors.
• PC 41-020: A 2-component solvent-free, polyurethane. This product is suitable for application to Concrete as well as rubber mat and situ applied rubber surfaces in order to fill and smooth and level the surface prior to the application of PU self leveling and coating systems.
Spray Coating
PC 51-050: A one-component, solvent-free, PUR based spray coating. PC 51-050 has a very good adhesion to PUR covered granules and is used to produce water-permeable and waterproof sports layers with a textured spray coating.
Top Coat
PC 61-010: A two-component solvent-based, flexible, hard-wearing, polyurethane-based varnish. PC 61-010 is designed for polyurethane surfaces used on any multipurpose facilities outdoors.
PC 61-020:A two-component flexible, hard-wearing, polyurethane-based varnish with slip-resistant properties.
PC 61-050:A one-component, transparent, water-based PUR-based vamish which was designed to protect the water permeable and — impermeable, structured sports surfaces from colour fading.
PC 61-060:A pigmented, 2-component water based polyurethane coating designed for application to Polyurethane sports floor surfaces.
