The Stechert Group is an internationally operating consortium which works in different sectors like object, auditorium and stadium seating as well as podium and interior fittings. This versatility enables the Stechert Group to provide unique complete solutions.

In more than 60 years of company history Stechert changed from a supplier to a manufacturing plant and started to produce modern seats and tables for the office and object range in the 1970s. At the end of the 1990s Stechert bundled its knowledge and gained an international mainstay with seats for stadiums. Of course, all Stechert stadium seats comply with regulations of FIFA, UEFA and other international sport federations.

Nowadays, Stechert is the worldwide leading supplier of stadium seats. The products convince with longevity, comfort and design. Perfect examples are the top sellers “TipUp smart” and “COPACABANA”- the first stadium which gained an “Honorable Mention” at the Red Dot Design Award. These two models were installed in four of twelve stadiums as well as in a trainings stadium for the World Cup in Brazil. Also at the World Cups in South Africa (5 of 10 stadiums) and in Germany (e.g. Olympic Stadium, Berlin) the visitors were sitting on Stechert seats. The Otkrytije Arena of Spartak Moscow is the first stadium equipped with Stechert seats for the World Cup 2018.

Stechert is also present in many Bundesliga stadiums e.g. in the Imtech-Arena in Hamburg, the Grundig-Stadium in Nuremberg, the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen and especially in the “Stadion am Laubenweg” in Fürth, which soon will be the “biggest showroom in the world”. You can also find Stechert seats in many European Arenas like Stoke, Luzern or Groningen.
