Seminole County Commission Chairwoman Brenda Carey said the complex will draw up to 63,000 athletes and spectators, and can generate more than $10 million in economic impact each year. HKS Architects Inc. is the project architect, Wharton-Smith Inc. is the general contractor and CPH Engineers is the civil engineer.
