Introduction:

The project is a collaborative public-private effort, backed by $4 million from the City of Mauldin, $10 million from the State of South Carolina, and over $13.5 million from Greenville Pro Soccer (GPS). Additional support comes in the form of donated land and contributions to planning, development, and coordination from Hughes Investments, the developer of BridgeWay Station.

Since its initial announcement, the stadium’s design has been revised to accommodate up to 6,300 spectators, offering a more intimate and engaging experience for fans. The updated design ensures the stadium fits seamlessly within BridgeWay Station and the surrounding communities.

Beyond men’s and women’s soccer, the venue will host youth and college sports, concerts, festivals, marching band competitions, and various community events.

This stadium represents a significant investment in the City’s growth—a symbol of progress and a shared vision for the future. Its architecture will reflect BridgeWay Station’s distinctive European-inspired style, with grand columns, ornamental cornices, Italian-style towers, and expansive archways that create impressive entrances while complementing the development’s walkable, community-focused layout.

The multi-use stadium at BridgeWay Station in Mauldin is scheduled to host its inaugural matches in 2026.
