Introduction:

Connacht Rugby has partnered with Axess as part of the ambitious redevelopment of Dexcom Stadium, which aims to become a flagship venue for rugby in the West of Ireland.

Features:

The new North Stand will seat 7,000 spectators, increasing the total stadium capacity to 12,000, and will include bars, retail outlets, and catering facilities across four levels.

The redevelopment also includes a High-Performance Centre to support elite athlete training and overall wellbeing.

Axess will install its AX500 Smart Gate NG system for smooth and secure entry, along with the EVENT ACCREDITATION platform to manage access for staff and officials.

The stadium is expected to open for the 2025/26 season.
