Introduction:

Aston Villa Football Club has announced plans to refurbish and expand the iconic North Stand at Villa Park.

Features:

The redevelopment will increase seating in the North Stand to over 12,000. Along with ongoing improvements to the stadium’s other three stands, total capacity at Villa Park will exceed 50,000.

The project is expected to contribute £120 million annually to the local economy, support over 1,700 full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs, and attract more than 1.1 million visitors to the stadium each year.

The renovation is scheduled for completion in the second half of 2027, ahead of Villa Park’s role as a host venue for the UEFA EURO 2028 Tournament.
