About Inside Out Sports Therapeutics, LLC

Inside Out Sports Therapeutics, LLC launched on December 13, 2021, and plans to conduct business starting January 11, 2021. A grand opening is scheduled for Saturday, January 8, 2021, to avail its personnel and services to the public. All are welcome to participate.

Everyone deserves an opportunity to enjoy the best of life. We serve special needs and underserved youth by providing individualized and group therapeutic coaching sessions that enhance motor and coordination skills. Our wheelhouse minimizes behavioral issues and improves the quality of life stemming from the cognitive and learning challenges.

We collaborate with licensed therapists, counselors, and behavioral life coaches to provide a therapeutic approach to our sports coaching, using a structured curriculum with analytical assessments that measures progress and development. We also provide a list of the most appealing sports to youth of all ages without a seasonal approach, offering the opportunity to play year-round.

Research validates that sports activities prove beneficial in improving many social – mental health issues by helping struggling youth to participate fully in school and social situations and providing support for those experiencing physical and cognitive changes. Overall, we believe that sports therapy is a critical mechanism in developing youth to succeed on and off the court or field.
