The fourth installment of the World Baseball Classic takes place next spring and, as expected, three of the host ballparks will come from Major League Baseball. MLB revealed Thursday that WBC games will take place in Dodger Stadium, Marlins Park and Petco Park.

Dodger Stadium gets the top billing here, as it will host the semifinals and finals March 20-22. It previously held those two rounds in 2009.

"The Los Angeles Dodgers and the City of Los Angeles are excited to be selected as the host of the World Baseball Classic semi-finals and final," Dodgers president Stan Kasten said in a statement. "Dodger Stadium and our great fans look forward to the finest players in the world competing for the WBC championship."

San Diego's Petco Park hosted the final two rounds in the inaugural WBC back in 2006. This time around, Petco Park gets second round pool games from March 14-18.

Marlins Park gets first-round pool play for Pool C, which includes USA, Canada, Colombia and the reigning champions Dominican Republic. This will take place March 9-12.

Also hosting first-round pool play: Estadio Charros de Jalisco in Guadalajara, Mexico; Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, South Korea; Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan.

The Tokyo Dome joins Petco Park -- home of the San Diego Padres -- as hosting the second-round games. A champion will be crowned March 22.
