3 July 2015

A brand new sports complex on Albuquerque’s Westside includes twelve tennis courts, four of which are lined for pickle ball.

Pickle ball is new sport that combines ping pong, tennis and racquetball.

Attendees say the facility is one of the best around. They say it promotes being healthy and gets new people to play tennis when they have the access to courts around the city.

The facility sits at Ventana Ranch Park north of Paseo del Norte and Universe Boulevard. The city built the courts with a go bond worth more than $2 million.
