Rock Hill Takes First Swing At $25M Indoor Sports Center

Planners for a new indoor sports complex in Rock Hill’s developing University Center believe the center would bring another $10 million a year in sports tourism revenues to the city.

The $25 million complex, which would include space for basketball, volleyball, pickleball and indoor winter sports, would likely spur development at the $200-million mixed use University Center, which is also known as textile corridor on the site of the former Rock Hill Printing & Finishing plant, says.
