A new sports stadium is sure to bring more opportunities for people living in Pooler. The stadium will be at a recreation complex off Preston Stokes Drive near Pooler parkway.

It's a SPLOST funded project that city officials have been discussing for the past year..

Thomas and Hutton is the engineer and GT Grandstands is the contractor who bid on the construction.

Officials hope to have it completed by the fall.
