Clemson's First Game At Renovated Home Arena vs. Georgia

22 July 2016

The school announced the Tigers nonconference schedule Wednesday. The season tips off against the Bulldogs in a game that marks the first basketball on campus since 2014-15 season when Clemson undertook a $63.5 million renovation of Littlejohn Coliseum. Work is still being done, but athletic department officials expect to have the court ready next month when Clemson's students return for school. The building is expected to be completed sometime in October.

Clemson played last season at an arena in downtown Greenville, about 40 miles from campus.

Georgia is the first of three SEC opponents Clemson is scheduled twill face next season, also playing at Alabama and at state rival South Carolina in December.
