SPORTCHAMP - TREATS SYNTHETIC SURFACES

With the SportChamp you will have a well-proven machine for synthetic grass that cleans filled and unfilled synthetic lawns just as thoroughly as athletics tracks and industrial floors. By the addition of various brush systems the machine can be used for a wide range of applications. Even the newest generation of mixture-filled (sand/rubber) synthetic grass surfaces is perfectly cared for by the SportChamp.

The latest SMG development is the SandMatic B1503, a fully automatic spreading machine for the precisely dosed filling of modern synthetic grass systems with sand and/or rubber granules. The machine doses, spreads and brushes in the filling material in one working pass At the same time, the work performance can be defined in terms of kilograms per square metre. The SandMatic B1503 is already being successfully used for professionally filled synthetic lawn surfaces in China, America and almost every country in Europe.

PAVING SPORTS SURFACES

With the PlanoMatic types P 202 and P 936/928/920/914 we provide a broad variety of semi-automatic paver machines for the installation of synthetic surfaces for sports and elastic sub-bases. PlanoMatic P 702 is the fully automatic version and includes curve control.

MIXERS (BATCH AND CONTINUOUS)

A range of mixers is available for mixing all kind of materials used for the installation of synthetic sports surfaces.

Compulsory batch mixers:

• MixMatic M250 - suitable for mixtures of SBR/EPDM rubber and PU binder - mixing capacity 90kg
• MixMatic M1202 - suitable for mixtures of SBR/EPDM rubber and PU binder - mixing capacity 180kg
• MixMatic M2402 - suitable for mixtures of SBR/EPDM rubber and PU binder - mixing capacity 360kg
• MixMatic M930 - suitable for mixtures of spray and flow coatings, filler, adhesive - mixing capacity 60kg

Automatic controlled continuous mixers:

LINE SPRAYING / COATING / APPLYING

• Line Star LS 12 - our airless spraying machine for marking lines on synthetic sports surfaces, including synthetic grass; a petrol version is now available
• StructurMatic - a spray machine for composition finishes of varying viscosity and graining on synthetic sports surfaces

SYNTHETIC SPORT SURFACE GRINDING

The RotoMatic R58 and RotoMatic R80 are grinding machines for elastic synthetic sports surfaces.

SYNTHETIC GRASS SPREADING

The SandMatic B1503 fully automatic spreader supplies the exact dosage of modern synthetic grass surfaces with sand and/or rubber granules.
